This page is a plain-language summary of how PushFix works and what we expect of each other. It is not legal advice, and before relying on it for a commercial agreement you should have your own counsel review it.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or running an audit you agree to these terms. If you are using PushFix on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Acceptance happens in the product, not by a checkbox you can miss: your workspace stays behind a dialog until you accept, and we record the date and the version shown at the top of this page. If we change these terms materially we ask you to accept the new version the next time you open your workspace. Declining means signing out, not carrying on.

2. What PushFix is

PushFix is an automated, external, non-destructive review of a website or application. It crawls a target, runs a catalogue of checks, and reports findings with evidence. It is not a penetration test, not a compliance certification, and not a guarantee that a reviewed application is secure or free of defects.

3. Authorized testing

You may only point PushFix at a target you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Before any audit runs, you confirm that authorization. You should prefer a staging, preview or test environment; where a production-looking target is detected, PushFix warns you and stays conservative.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PushFix to:

  • test any system you do not have permission to test;
  • attempt to overwhelm, disable or damage a target;
  • circumvent the request budgets, rate limits or scope restrictions the service applies;
  • break any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

PushFix itself refuses destructive, load-testing, brute-force and social-engineering activity. Attempting to make the service perform those actions is a breach of these terms.

5. Accounts

Access is passwordless: a one-time code is the only credential. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, and for activity under your account.

6. Plans, billing and usage

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of audits. Extra audits beyond the allowance are billed as usage at the rate shown on the pricing page rather than being blocked. The free plan has no overage rate and is capped. Payments are processed by Stripe; a subscription is active only once the payment is confirmed, not when the browser returns from checkout.

Prices and allowances can change. We price against the market and against what it costs us to run a review, and both move: model and infrastructure costs rise and fall, and what a review consumes changes as the check catalogue grows. We may therefore change plan prices, the audits and pages a plan includes, and the rate for extra audits. A change applies from your next billing period, never retroactively to a period you have already paid for, and we tell you before it takes effect so you can cancel first if you disagree. Continuing a subscription after a price change means you accept the new price.

7. Availability

We aim to keep PushFix running, but the service is provided on an as-is basis during early access. Features may change, and scheduled or unscheduled downtime is possible.

8. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the targets you submit. We keep all rights to PushFix, its check catalogue, its reports and its output formats. You may share reports about your own targets freely.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PushFix reports what it can observe; it cannot find every defect, and a clean report is not proof of security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushFix is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using PushFix and cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that presents a risk to a target or to the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, including the sections about plans and prices. A material change is reflected in the version and the date at the top of this page, and the next time you open your workspace we ask you to accept the new version before you carry on. Non-material changes, such as a clarification or a fixed typo, take effect when published and continued use means you accept them.
